corruption phenomenon is considered one of the most serious phenomenon that affects development , not only in developing countries but also in advanced countries . through the continuous search about techniques to face the administrative corruption spread , the governance adopted some techniques that increase the intervention and supervision of participants and their overall associations on the board of directors and their executive departments . The most distinctive of which is transparency and declairing financial and Non-financial information conforming to the accounting criteria , reinforcing the role and the independence of the editing process and the internal and external censorship . Hence , this research seeks to study and analyze the role of governance in limiting the spreading of administrative corruption phenomenon in public business sector companies that are listed in the Egyptian Stock Exchange through investigation and analysis .
