ABSTRACT
Objective of the study to identify the extent of the contribution of agriculture protected ”agriculture under greenhouses” in the Egyptian agricultural production is included as one of the means of agricultural intensification, which leads to higher productivity appreciation of statistical functions of production of crops under study under farming conditions using greenhouses, and the calculation of the elasticities of production in terms of the independent variables, the specific productivity of the process, the statistical estimate of the functions production costs for vegetable crops subject of the study, a cucumber, pepper under the conditions of agriculture in greenhouse, with determining the optimal size of the production of farm resources used, and the combination of factors of production to maximized economic efficiency.
