Abstract
The material of the study is the Egyptian novel (2000:2010 A.D.), the approach of it is the structural formalism and it gets benefit from the narration mechanism in analyzing narrative texts. The study has divided the novels of this period into four main trends: Critical realism novel. Historical realism novel. Magic realism novel. Electronic realism novel. Each narrative trend will be presented in some novels. The narrative elements will be applied in these chosen novels in order to get to results modeling the narrative structure over this period. The study is about the following researches: The first chapter: the character. The second chapter: the narrative time. The third chapter: the narrator and the audience. The study is attached with a statistical list (bibliography) of the Egyptian novels over the research period. The conclusion of the study includes the main research results.
