Current search aimed to identify the effectiveness of the training program in the development of the necessary teaching skills for teachers of grade Libya. It was formulating research questions in the main question as follows: How can a training program based on the basic needs for teachers in Libya develop the necessary teaching skills which are considered insufficient in their teaching performance? This main question can be divided into the following inquiries: 1. What are the requirements of training programs for teachers during the service connected with their training needs? 2. What are teaching skills connected to training needs for classroom teachers in Libya? 3. What is the proposed conception of the training program based on training needs for classroom teachers in Libya in developing the training skills required for them? 4. What is the efficiency of the proposed program in improving the performance of classroom teachers in Libya for teaching skills? 5. What is the efficiency of the proposed program in developing the cognitive sides connected to teaching skills for classroom teachers in Libya? 6. What is the efficiency of the proposed program in developing performing sides connected to teaching skills for classroom teachers in Libya? The sample consists of (32) teacher of classroom teachers in the municipality of Friday Market. 1. The existence of statistical differences at the level (0.05) between the mean scores of the experimental group in the dimensional and preceding application of the note card in favor of the dimensional application 2. 2-The existence of statistical differences at the level (0.05) between the mean scores of the experimental group in the dimensional and preceding application of the cognitive test in favor of the dimensional application 3. 3-The existence of statistical differences at the level (0.05) between the mean scores of the experimental group in the dimensional and preceding application of the performance test of teaching in favor of the dimensional application.
