Abstract
The present experiment was conducted at the Poultry Research Center, Poultry production Department, Faculty of Agriculture, Alexandria University and the laboratory of biotechnology Animal production Department, Faculty of Agriculture, Suez Canal University during 2012 to 2015 to study the effect of cross between Sasso as males and Fayoumi ,and Alexandria females on some productive traits (growth and egg production) using advanced biotechnology techniques.
Data of 1118 chicks were taken for the crossing between three stains Alexandria, Sasso and Fayoumi. The following traits were studied.
