Abstract

Cyano acetyl indole and turn it into a derivative - Amino pyrazolel in terms of the different ways Althouderottvaalath as well as the biological activity of these compounds Part II:This part thrown light on the preparation of amino pyrazole from 3-cayano acetyl indole and used for the construction of new derivatives of heterocyclic compounds. It was prepared for Indole derivatives of acetylcholine in general through derivative Alocetk acid reaction (acetic acid Ciano) in acetic anhydride with indole. The preparation of 3-cyano acetyl-indole (3) by heating in cyano acetic acid and acetic anhydride at 60-70 o C, then it is added indole. 3-cyano acetyl indole reaction (3) with Hydrazine Hydrate heated in ethanol gave derived amino pyrazole 4 and prerparation a newindole derivatives from it Part III: The focus in this part to conduct biological tests of new indole derivatives that have been tested for antioxidants.and anitimicrobial.
