Abstract
This research presents astatistics for some UMB flied wells data. the analysis used to got the best and optimum drilling parameters for parameters for each formation interval, best bits type for each formations interval and shows the efficiency of the drilling rigs and their crews.this research cosist also from analysis calculations for drilling cost for UMB wells, which is divided to costants cost for individual wells, and variable cost as the drilling days and hours count for individual well and variable cst reduction as the research applied.this research also shows some drilling problems and their remedy also this research cosist of study of drilling optimization by comparing and showing the difference of the optimum drilling efficiency for khalda company 2005 to 2009,those periods are the three periods according to optimization (concession`s wells in the period from (before 2007,between2007and 2009,during 2009), and selects the optimum drilling case. this study advanced by the study of the human effect on the drilling optimization.(b to 2009, th.
