المستخلص karate is characterized by rapid and continuous change in offensive and defensive positions because of multiplicity and diversity in skills, where it requires of its practitioners to use a lot of defensive and counter-offensive plans and maneuvers, so, karate need special potentials and skills at practitioners as required from advanced players to be on expectation level of motor movement at opponents, which achieves better effectiveness of performance skills in that sport.Research objectives This research aims to identify impact of a training program for motor expectation on technical and tactical performance efficiency of kumite players .Research Methodology The researcher used experimental method for conveying research purpose and hypotheses, with using the experimental design of two groups (experimental- control), with using pre and post measurements for each group Research sample :The basic research sample was selected vertically from players at Mansoura Stadium and Gezerat Elward Club under age 16 years Conclusions:Within the light of research objectives and hypotheses and results, the researcher concluded: The most important components of motor expectation for age 16 years in karate are: flexibility- fast response- balance- sense of time- motor linkage- adaption with changing situations. |
