Abstract
medico-legal case (MLC) refers to a case of injury or illness that indicates investigation by law. Cross sectional survey study aimed to assess physicians’ knowledge, practice and attitude regarding handling of MLCs.There was deficiency in knowledge between the majority of respondent as the mean score was33.6 with stranded deviation 5.8.as regard practice the most of participant cannot deal appropriate with this case. The main source of participant’s knowledge and guidance about handling MLCs was work experience and seniors staff.
