Abstract
This study was carried out in three seasons of 2013 and 2014 at the Faculty of Agriculture Farm - Minia University and 2015 in Beni Samet village of Beni Mazar Center. The main objective of this study is to evaluate the performance of some treatments on weeds associated with maize and the effect of these treatments on the vegetative characteristics of maize and crop plants. On the four pesticides (Maister power - Equip - Strane - Harness) in addition to the treatment of horseradish and control. The effect of these treatments on the different weed groups was studied. The reduction rate in each of the previous weed groups was estimated using the following equation:% (control - treatment) ÷ Control × 100. The percentage of increase in vegetative traits of maize plants, which included chlorophyll, number of leaves, plant height, plant weight and yield in the orchids, was estimated by increasing the ratio of ( treatment - control) ÷ control × 100, Morality between transactions.
