Abstract

CRD is increasingly recognized as a major public health problem. CRD is defined as the presence of structural abnormalities of the kidney that can lead to decreased kidney function (as measured by glomerular filtration rate).
Pseudoaneurysm complications include, Ischemia of the surrounding tissues due to vascular compromise may lead to necrosis of the overlying skin and subcutaneous tissue,
Thromboembolism is also a potential complication, In addition, the pseudoaneurysm may
rupture, leading to hemorrhage with its potential clinical sequela of lifethreatening shock.
Factors that help rapid occlusion of pseudoaneurysm as early treatment of pseudoaneurysm , good coagulability of blood element , small size of pseudoaneurysm
,small diameter of neck of pseudoaneyrysm.
W e also tried to avoid painful compression to patient by giving patient five minutes rest after twenty minutes compression.
