المستخلص The study aims identify the reality of government and private university libraries and style of administrative work in all of them and the impact on service delivery and quality of the outputs of information services of the beneficiaries of the services provided by the comparison of a contract between the two universities in different aspects، namely :- Universities and their equipment buildings and the financial and administrative management followed in each and the construction and development of collectibles offered to the beneficiaries and the beneficiaries of these services، and finally Information techniques used in libraries. And in the collection of scientific material have been using the checklist, personal interview and questionnaire. The most important findings of the study :-1-The current headquarters of the university libraries do not meet international standards in terms of providing spaces that must be met for each of the categories of beneficiaries، workers، information sources، services and hardware and equipment. 2- The lack of financial allocations in most libraries they do not meet the needs of the library and do not meet the size of the library services required. 3- Clearly the shortfall in the total number of workers in the libraries and the scarcity of workers graduates specialized libraries and information which negatively impact on the quality of management performance and in turn impact on the quality of services provided . 4- Libraries need to study the expansion of the use of information technology in all aspects of office work and this confirms the need to increase financial allocations and seek to provide e-services to the community of users. 5- Encourage beneficiaries to frequenting the library and work to solicit the views of the beneficiaries permanently and carry out patrol and codified for the services provided to users. In light of the findings of the study of the results of the study made a series of recommendations aimed at developing the administrative work to libraries and upgrading it for the better. |
