Abstract
A complete denture is a device that is designed to work as a part of the oral cavity. Therefore, it must be molded to work in harmony with the normal neuromuscular function of the face. The goal when fabricating a complete denture is to reach a balance between the harmonious integration of the denture with the patient’s oral functions and its acceptance psychologically by the patient. And in order to achieve that, the prosthesis should remain stationery during function and be acceptable esthetically and psychodynamically by the patient.
