Abstract

 P:control of root canal infection
I (intervention)
 I1 : Apexit plus
 I2 : Apexit plus with Amoxicillin
 I3 : Apexit plus with Clindamycin
 I4 : AH plus with Amoxicillin
 I5 : AH plus with Clindamycin
C (control)
 C: AH plus (without antibiotic)
O (outcome)  O: antimicrobial effect on Enterococcus faecalis and staphylococcus aureus and physical properties of the sealer (flow, setting time, solubility and dimensional changes).
 PICO question:
1- For the control of root canal infection will the use of the sealers: will Apexit plus and AH plus alone or in combination of either Amoxicillin or Clindamycin differ regarding the effect on Enterococcus faecalis and staphylococcus aureus?
2- For physical properties of the sealers: Will Apexit plus and AH plus alone or in combination of either Amoxicillin or Clindamycin differ regarding the effect on physical properties of the sealer (flow, setting time, solubility and dimensional changes).
