Abstract The present study was conducted in two experiments Experiment I: was conducted to evaluate and compare the different systems of diet formulation based on crude protein (CP), total amino acid (TAA) and dietary balanced protein (DBP) or ideal protein (IP) or ideal amino acid (IAA) ratios in broiler diets. Experiment II: was conducted to investigate the influence of low CP diets (LCP) supplemented with synthetic amino acids and L-carnitine in broiler diets. Both experiments were conducted to study their effects on: a- Growth performance (body weight, body weight gain, feed intake and feed conversion ratio). b- Carcass traits. c- Some serum metabolites (glucose, total protein, albumin, globulin, total cholesterol, triglycerides, ALT, AST, creatinine, uric acid, urea, sodium potassium and chloride). d- Economic efficiency. Experiment I A total of 250 broiler chicks were used to study and compare the different systems of diet formulation based on crude protein (CP), total amino acid (TAA) and dietary balanced protein (DBP) or ideal protein (IP) or ideal amino acid (IAA) ratios in broiler diets. Broiler chickens in this study were allotted. |
