Summary
This research aims at Research goal is to develop development of the values and skills environmental among middle Stage pupils in Kuwait through the proposed programe.
So, the research problems had been located through the following questions and they are as follows:
1- What environmental values, which should be, developed to pupils the intermediate stage in Kuwait?
2- What environmental skills that should be developed to pupils the intermediate stage in Kuwait?
3- What is the extent of availability of these values and skills in the programs presented by female students of the intermediate stage?
4- The general perception of the program is based on the strategy (think ،pair ،Share) for the development of the values and skills environmental pupils’ intermediate stage in Kuwait?
5- The effectiveness of the proposed program for the development of the values and skills environmental pupils’ intermediate stage in Kuwait?
Tools of research
1- List of values and environmental skills that should be developed to pupils of the intermediate stage in Kuwait.
2- Richter environmental values.
3- Richter environmental skills.
4- Proposed program.
Research Importance
1- Based on the development and planning of the educational process in the Ministry of Education.
2- .School-teachers:
Through the provision of the activities of various, environmental contained in the program for teachers in the development of the values and skills environmental pupils, to promote the role of the school in the community.
3- Researchers through its research tools (measurements environmental values environmental skills) proposed program had assisted in the preparation of similar research.
4- Provide educational design environmental program using a strategy (think, pair, share).
Research Limits
Research is to be proceeded within the following limits:
 Research group: management of the Kuwaiti army moral guidance.
 Time Limits:
limited the application of the proposed programs for the academic year the Ministry of Education in Kuwait
(207/2016).
 geographical borders:
Search was confined to the schools for girls in the intermediate stage in Kuwait (three chapters of the governmental school). 90 schoolgirls (30 thirty of each chapter)
 Human border:
Select a study of female students in the sixth grade the intermediate stage in Kuwait, the number had reached 90 pupils from the school of Alysra medium girls, 30 pupils from each chapter three chapters of the school, the management of the Ahmadi Township of education, the State of Kuwait
Research Assumption
Research is looking to assume the following assumptions:
1. There is a function of the differences between the statistical averages of the degrees of female students in the Pilot group on the Richter environmental values before and after the teaching of the proposed program for dimensional application.
2. There is a function of the differences between the statistical averages of the degrees of female students in the Pilot group on the Richter environmental skills before and after the teaching of the proposed program for dimensional application.
3. There is a function of the differences between the statistical averages of the degrees of female students in the Pilot group on the note performance before and after the teaching of the proposed program for dimensional application.
4. Research Style
Research follows the experimental style, which stands upon a variable base, dependent & independent.

It turned out that the proportion of the size of the impact of the Pilotgroup IS7.40 is very high in the measurement of environmental values, a percentage of 0.98 is very high in the
measurement of environmental skills, the results indicate that the proposed program is based on the strategy of (think,pair,share) achieved the effectiveness in the development of the values of environmental skills among a sample of school pupils the intermediate stage ”sixth grade” in the State of Kuwait. Therefore, we can say that the program was tested in the pupils effective clearly in the development of the values and skills.
