Abstract

This research aims to study the effect of addition of Eruca sativa seeds and date palm pollen grains to the diets of Nile tilapia on the reproductive performance and growth rates, feed efficiency, body composition and biochemical analysis of Nile tilapia. The result of environmental condition experiments specially temperature showed that the best period for brood preparation, ovulation and spawning was the period from April to June. This experiment was conducted using a 4800 fish with an average weight of 180 ± 6 grams and stocked these fish in the pools (3 × 8 × 1.2) m, an average of 20 Females : 7 Males and were feeding on 3% of the live weight diet containing protein 30.28% and ether extract 8.15% and total energy of 3.7 kilocalories / gram (diet control group was fed fish feed control with the addition of three levels of Eruca sativa seeds and date palm pollen grains 0.5% 0.1%, 1.5%, and the results showed in the experience of reproduction that the best ratio is 1% of the seeds of watercress and 1% of the pollen of date palms which gave the largest number of mothers are ready and the largest number of fertilized eggs and the largest number of fry. The results also showed growth in the experience that the best ratio is 1.5% of the seeds of watercress and 1% of the pollen of date palms which gave these percentages increase in the growth and efficiency of feed conversion ratio compared to the control diet B. And it led these ratios to a chemical the body and the efficiency of the use of food as well as production efficiency changes may significantly improve in the ratio of 1% of the seeds of Eruca sativa and pollen of date palms, and also some physiological changes occurring for mothers in the proportion of 1% of the seeds of watercress and pollen of date palms. The results also showed that the use of 1% of Eruca sativa seeds and date palm pollen grains has a positive impact on the chemical analysis of nile tilapia used in experiments for fish in the other groups
