Abstract The term mastitis describes an inflammation of the mammary gland characterized by several physical and chemical alterations of the milk and corresponding pathological changes in the mammary tissue. Bovine mastitis counts for the most of the economic losses to the dairy industry in Egyot and all over the world. there is a lot of efforts have been done to get rid of this serious problem but the outcome still unsatisfactory. Although mastitis is a multifactorial disease, infectious microorganisms are the predominant cause of mastitis. the treament of mastitis often invilves administration of intramammary period. Overuse of antibiotics increasas the risk of antibiotic resistance and multiply antibiotic resisance has become a public halth problem. With the now become necessary to investigate newer sources for antimicrobials. Endophytic actinomycetes in Sinai are considered a potential source of nivel bioactive products. |
