Abstract
This study was carried out in an apiary located in Motobes district, kafr El-Sheikh Governorate, Egypt during the period started from 21 March 2013 to 21 March 2015.to investigate the following aims
A. Produce the multiple queen colonies by ablation of half to two thirds of mandibles of introduced queens for modulating biological factors that provoke fighting and eliminating the queens within the colony. Three different honey bee strains were used (Carniolan hybrid, Italian Carniolan).
