Abstract This work contains three main parts:Part I: Contains a general search in the literature of Cyanoacetamide compounds chemistry. Studying the activity of these compounds and their synthetic importance in the field of chemistry of heterocyclic compounds were investigated. Syntheses of five and six heterocyclic compounds through the Cyanoacetamide, the applications of different triazole derivatives and their applications as molluscicides against land snails by different application methods. Part II: In this part, the obtained results were discussed, about 50 new compounds were synthesized and the synthetic mechanisms were investigated the synthesized compounds were elucidated by elemental analyses and spectral data such as infra-red and 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR spectra. Different derivatives of Isoxaole, Pyridine Thiazole, Pyrazole, Triazolopyrimidine and derivatives of azo dye.were obtained Part III: In this part, The molluscicidal activity of the newly prepared compounds was evaluated against Monacha. cartusiana and Eobania Vermiculata land snails through three techniques i.e. leaf dipping, residue film and poison bait. The residue film method seems to be more sensitive than leaf dipping one. |
