Mohamed Hassan Allawi points out: that the impact of any training programme in order to achieve the desired success of it depends on two factors: first is linked to the information available on the physiological processes associated with developing a second performance the ability to apply this information on muscular action and physiological metabolic processes to produce energy required for muscular contraction occurs.
Despite the rapid development of sports Physiology and the breadth of his umbrella to include all types of athletic performance is still the scientific literature in this area was in science related warned mother (physiological The approach in General) than actually applied to the sports field.
As one of the main areas of Physiology that have contributed to the development of sports training methods and different training programmes in order to achieve the desired effect in the biological functions of organs and body parts, and also in proportion to the capabilities of the wastadat player.
where scientific studies indicated that the formation of training without studying the physiological effects on the body often lead to injuries that appear during the season.
Problem:
by what previous studies researcher obtained that there are few studies on the anaerobic capacity in artistic gymnastics skills training units although the importance of anaerobic capacity in training and gymnastics skills through their work in the training algmbazlahazot instructor certification weakness on physiological information derived from scientific research in the training process where ykoamoa take into account internal training load response and adapt the body for those loads which may often not Effective training programmes assessed as negative for training or junior women infections so that the ability of anaerobic gymnast when you complete the kinetic sentence efficiently supported on physiological and physical capabilities, to end the sentence full impression, here plays the main role of anaerobic endurance in the field where the player needs to resist fatigue resulting from anaerobic muscular work into kinetic sentence prompting the researcher to develop physical program proposal and to help the player complete kinetic sentence without access to General weariness stage.
Objectives of the research:
the research aims to design a program of anaerobic capacity and see its effect on both: physiological variables (pulse rate, blood pressure (systolic – diastolic), anaerobic capacity, maximum saturation biological oxygen demand, inhale exhale reserve, reserve, vital capacity VC vital capacity, ”coercive” FVC forced vital capacity, when the first second ”FVCI”).
Physical variables (speed, agility, balance, flexibility (to shoulders, spine and pelvis), muscular strength (arms, back and abdomen), muscular endurance, muscular power of arms, muscle power of men).
Skill level of performance for your motor ground movements sentence to stage under 9 girls (quick background a cartwheel followed by side somersault followed by Aero-cycle front somersault, and fast-baller landing man and man followed by a quick front foot included landing, a cartwheel followed by a quick background side somersault twice followed by a jump with open legs, spin and foot free in horizontal level, lip with two men followed by one of the following transactions (Lib-quarter roll). (Annex 8)
Hypotheses of research:
statistical function differences exist between tribal and telemetric measurement of the experimental group in physiological and physical variables variables and performance skills for telemetric.
There are differences between tribal and telemetric measurement of the control group in physiological and physical variables variables and performance skills for telemetric.
There are differences between the experimental group and telemetric telemetric control group of physiological and physical variables variables and performance skills for the experimental group.
Plan and research procedures
First: the research methodology:
the researcher used experimental method, have been hiring a design pilot and is one of two experimental design and pilot officer other followers of tribal size m walbadi for groups, fit it to the nature of this research.
Secondly: research community:
registered Egyptian Federation of gymnastics bounce back with big year 2015 – 2016 under age 9 years (490).
lll:sample search:
search sample intentional way of artistic gymnastics bounce back with big MapleStory island and police Union Club and enrolled in the Egyptian Federation of gymnastics for the year 2015-2016 to stage under 9 ladies 24 player (4 players for exploratory sample ), And (10 players for the experimental group, 10 players for the control group).
IV: tools and methods of data collection:
1. Tools and devices used:
alrstamitr to measure length.
Medical scales for measuring weight.
Buller clock to measure pulse rate.
Mercurial pressure device for measuring blood pressure.
My estimate the proportion of oxygen in the blood (oxygen saturation) brand (plus Oxymeter) alasberomitr device.
Alasberomitr device for measuring vital capacity.
Your ground movements.
2. means of collecting data:
tape measure.
Wall’s mind.
Swedish seats.
Sandbags.
Medical balls.
Chalk.
Stopwatch.
Expert survey form to determine the most appropriate tests that measure physical variables for your skills.
Expert survey form to determine the time period for implementation of the programme and the number of units per week and a training unit. Registration form data and measurements of the variables under consideration.
Skill performance evaluation form.
A form with the names of the jury.
3.tests and measurements used:-
physiological measurements under discussion:-
pulse in the natural state (rest).
Measurement of systolic and diastolic blood pressure. Vital capacity is measured by a dry alasberomitr.
Measuring maximum anaerobic capacity. Attachment (9).
B-physical measurements and tests under discussion:-
speed test (the enemy 50 metres) to test the maximum speed.
Fitness test (run alzgsagi).
Balance test (test stopped Stork on albim).
Flexibility: tests-test summary by the shoulders (to measure flexible shoulders) bridge test (to measure spinal flexibility) test opening pair aside (to measure the elasticity of the pelvis). Muscle testing:-(for arms) (tensile test on the knuckle). (Back) (Test of hoist up lie). (The front thigh and stomach) (Test your knees on the belly of the attachment). Muscular endurance test (test of fortitude attaches to wall’s mind). Muscle capacity test of arms (test throwing medicine ball ”3 k” as far). Test ability to muscle men (broad jump test of fortitude). An attachment.
C-level performance measurement skills:
skill level performance is evaluated on the ground movements in the following skills:-
side somersault followed by a quick background followed by Aero cycle-baller.
Fast backward somersault, landing a man and a man followed a quick backward and landing foot included.
A quick background followed by side somersault twice followed by a jump with open legs.
Move the wrist movements.
Free foot rotation on the horizontal level.
Lib with the two men followed bleep quarter roll.
To assess the level of skill performance of previous skills have been developed in the form of simple mobility clause to ensure coherence and continuity in performance, the evaluation was done using a jury by 4 arbitrators and the Chairman (of the judges and coaches the bound by the Egyptian Federation of gymnastics) where you are given a degree of player (10 Your ground movements degrees) before each arbitrator and the presiding arbitrator removed the upper and lower class grade is calculated from the average grades. (Annex 4)
Researcher survey a survey on a representative sample of the research community and outside of basic research sample bounce back with big artistic gymnastics Club Zamalek island and (4) players survey was implemented in (6) six days, from Wednesday, 17/ 8/2016 to Monday 22/8/2016.
