The study focused on the extent of the impact of empowering employees on their creative behavior by applying to the Arab Contactors Company Qwesna branch. The researcher used the comprehensive inventory method for the study society. The study consisted of 112 employees. The researcher used the data analysis by computer, and the package of statistical applications in the field of social sciences, known as The main objective of the study is to ”introduce the subject of empowerment and its impact on the creative behavior of the employees of the Arab Contractors Company, Qweisna branch.” The following procedural objectives arise from this goal.Identify the grade of empowerment of employees of the Arab Contractors Company Qweisna Branch. Recognize the grade of creative behavior of the employees of the Arab Contractors Company Qweisna Branch. Identification of the impact of empowering Employees on Their Creative Behavior of the Arab Contactors Company Qwesna Branch.Giving group of suggestion to empowerment of employees of the Arab Contractors Company Qweisna Branch.
Study hypotheses
In order to achieve the objectives of the previous study, the main hypothesis of the study was formulated, which states that ”there is a positive effect between the empowerment of employees and their creative behavior in the Arab Contractors Company Qweisna branch.” This hypothesis is divided into the following sub-hypotheses:
1. There is a positive effect between communication and information sharing and the creative behavior of the employees of the Arab Contractors Company Qweisna Branch. There is a positive effect between the construction of the work teams and the creative behavior of the employees of the Arab Contractors Company Qweisna branch. There is a positive effect between the effect and the creative behavior of the employees of the Arab Contractors Company Qweisna branch.There is a positive effect between the motivation of employees and the creative behavior of the employees of the Arab Contractors Company Qweisna branch.
5. There is a positive effect between the strength of employees and the creative behavior of the employees of the Arab Contractors Company Qweisna branchResults
The study showed the following results:
The validity of the main hypothesis of the study where it was found: There is a positive effect between the empowerment of workers in its five dimensions and the creative behavior of the employees of the Arab Contractors Company Qweisna branch, at a significant level (0.05). The results of the sub-hypotheses were also summarized as follows. The validity of the first sub-hypothesis where it was found that: There is a positive effect between communication and information sharing and the creative behavior of the employees of the Arab Contractors Company Qweisna branch, at a significant level (0.05)The second sub-hypothesis was found to be incorrect. It was found that there was no effect between the work teams and the creative behavior of the employees of the Arab Contractors Company, Qweisna branch, at a significant level (0.05).The validity of the third sub-hypothesis where it was found that: There is a significant effect between the effect and the creative behavior of the employees of the Arab Contractors Company Qweisna branch, at a significant level (0.05).The non-validity of the fourth sub-hypothesis where it was found that: There is no positive effect between the motivation of employees and the creative behavior of the employees of the Arab Contractors Company Qweisna branch, at a significant level (0.05).The validity of the fifth sub-hypothesis where it was found: There is a positive effect between the force and the creative behavior of the employees of the Arab Contractors Company Qweisna branch, at a significant level (0.05).
