The gods were able to understand the meaning of justice and apply it more than human beings themselves, as the God could answer his questions concerning the past, present and future through these decrees. The kings themselves were listening to God with the decree. They were preoccupied with great dilemmas, such as military expansion, campaigns to distant places, internal politics and construction, and the appointment of senior officials such as the great priest of the god Amun. In some cases, it was used to consult the predictive decrees when the legitimacy of the ruler was unclear, as in the case of Queen Hatshepsut, who was the first to resort to the decree of prediction to legitimize her rule of the country. This was chosen by the god Amun and directed by the legitimate king of the country in one of his celebrations. The decrees of prediction are statements of the gods issued for the benefit of their owners, which are similar in form and content and versions of writing, and were written by one God or group gods to prepare the owner of the decree that what is requested will be achieved. These decrees were considered to be the protectors against various diseases and accidents. These decrees shed light on the fears and hopes of the people in this period for the divine powers where the ancient Egyptians wore these decrees in a catenary around the neck as a mummification to provide them with magical protection against diseases, evils and various magic acts. Herodotus also pointed out that these decrees differed from place to place as each region had its own god who issued the decree. This papyrus was written by the great priest of the god Amun Panjem to the god Amun the King of God during the 21st Dynasty, and Banjem was the actual ruler of his beloved at that time and was married to Xunxu. This paparazzi was written in late Hieratic script, characterized by good handwriting and clarity, because it is a religious papacy directed to the god Amun. This papyrus is now found in the large museum and has been studied by the worlds Darcy and Golenchev, but it has some errors as a result of its translation more than a hundred years ago. This was done by correcting the translation of hieratic signs into hieroglyphics. This papyrus was found in the monastery of the monastery of the sea in 1881, which is about one roll of yellow papyrus consisting of 70 lines written on one face Started by Red and black ink. The length of the papyrus is about two and a half meters and the width of the papyrus varies from first to last due to corrosion factors.
