Abstract

The purpose of the present study is to evaluate the effect of Platelet Rich Fibrin (PRF) as a grafting material on the quality and quantity of the formed bone at maxillary sinus floor after schneiderian membrane elevation and maintaining space with titanium mesh versus sinus lifting without any grafting material.
