المستخلص

The aim of this study was to study the effect of organizational climate on job performance for pharmacists on Governmental Hospital in Mansoura city, The study was based on the analytical descriptive approach. The data were collected through a survey list that was prepared and tested for its validity and reliability. It was distributed to a sample of 205 individuals randomly chosen from the research community of 440 individuals but only 141 was retrieved suitable for descriptive analysis .
The result showed a positive relationship between all dimensions of the organizational climate and the job performance from the point of view of pharmacists in Governmental Hospital in Mansoura city ,as well as a significant impact of each dimensions of organizational climate on job performance of pharmacist ,which means rejecting nullity and accepting the alternative hypothesis , As there were also no statistically significant impact on the Organizational climate dimensions on Job Peformance according to scientific level and years of experience.
The result also showed that there was no difference in the opinion of the different study groups according to the hospital, about the dimensions of the independent variable (Organizational climate) in the form of (Organizational communication , Training and HR development and Technology usge), as well as there was no significant difference about dependent variable ( Job performance), while result showed there was difference in the opinion of the different study groups about other two dimension ( leadership style and participation in decision-making and Incentives).
