The exit from the narrow and densely populated old valley to the widest area of the Arab Republic of Egypt is the only way to build the future of Egypt, to absorb the growing population, and achieve progress and development. The New Valley Governorate is located in the southwest corner of the Arab Republic of Egypt, accounts about 440,098 thousand km 2, which represents about 44% of Egypt area, while the population density accounts about 1 individual per 2 km 2. According to the recent adopted policy to move towards new lands to relieve the pressure on the Old Valley, it was necessary to study the New Valley governorate as it is the largest governorate and there is an urgent need for its development due to economic and social considerations
