This analytical study of the ”channels of Arab libraries and information institutions on YouTube” derives its importance from the importance of the topic it addresses. It receives the attention to YouTube and the use of Arabic libraries and information institutions. The importance of YouTube is recognized as one of the most important sources of interactive digital information, Contributes to enriching its scientific content, which helps with teaching library and information sciences. The analysis of the information transmitted by the videos of these channels is reflected positively on the academics and professionals in the field of libraries and information technology, to raising their abilities and improves their performance in dealing with YouTube as a window of research, educational, service. The study aims to identify the advantages and services of YouTube educational applications monitor, and categorize the usefulness of Arab libraries and information institutions from YouTube and its services, as well as monitor the obstacles and problems faced by libraries and Arab information institutions to use YouTube and to benefit from the partnership with the community of beneficiaries. The use of the applications of YouTube and its services to libraries and educational institutions, and professional service in Arabic countriesIn order to achieve the objectives of the study, we used a descriptive analytical approach to identify the channels of Arab libraries and information institutions, and then analyze the content of the channels’. The study also relied on a checklist to monitor the numerical and qualitative data of the channel and its videos The study consisted of four chapters, The first chapter deals with the methodological framework of the study from the study problem, itsimportance, its objectives, the boundaries of the study, the methodology of the study, its tools, terminology, previous studies and the most important difficulties encountered in the study. The second chapter deals with the history of the emergence of social networks, their concept, types, characteristics and characteristics. Then, they move to Web 2.0 and Web 2.0 applications by defining and enumerating their types. This presents the difference between the first and second generation applications of libraries, The third chapter presents the analytical study that monitors the channels of libraries and information institutions in accordance with the specific controls set by the study and then classifies the channels into seven categories, in order to analyze what the videos of these channels through fourteen analytical elements. The final chapter presents the results of the study, which were distributed to several topics: The characteristics of the community of beneficiaries and their characteristics, and suggesting some solutions to the obstacles of using beneficiaries to the applications of YouTube and the results of the analytical study whether time, geographic or numerical. To the library and information technology community, to libraries and information institutions and their categories, to administrators and technicians, and to the entire community of beneficiaries, to review their main philosophy on the use of the YouTube application in the Office Information and the extent to which it extends from institutions, in accordance with sound scientific principles
