Karate sport is one of the sports activities that have special requirements that distinguish them from other sports activities. The availability of these requirements in the hands of its practitioners gives them a greater opportunity to absorb and master the motor skills which are one of the pillars required to reach the higher levels. (1: 3) Sameh al-Shabrawy (2002), quoting Hidetoshi (1985), states that ”Kata represents the legacy left to us by the experts who invented it. It is a technique of fighting that is the result of their own experiences in fighting. While maintaining a pure mind and concentration and a situation called ”ki” and means the strength of the soul of the player until the last movement Balkata, and the study and practice of kata is the right way to upgrade the skill level.\ (33:22) ”The Kata, with its offensive and defensive skills and different balance situations, requires a high degree of compatibility due to the nature of the performance of the kata as a coherent and connected series of skills performed through different situations and directions and need to work more than one part of the body At the same time and this is shown in the performance of one of the defense skills in the rotation of the center of the reverse movement with the transfer of the front man to the back to take a situation of the two men such as Znkutsudatchi for example in addition to the direction of consideration associated with the direction of performance of the skill and each Kata has many complex skills and lead in two directionsDifferent and different angles according to the nature and contents of each kata. (67: 47-48) Based on the above, it is clear to the researcher that these determinants require that the karate player has a special combat skill (kata) a high level of physical characteristics of the nature of the specialized activity because of their significant impact in the development of the level of motor performance and makes these qualities an indication of the progress of the player during Different dental stages. And through the experience of the researcher as a coach for karate sport and through watching the training of some teams over 18 years and follow the Kata competitions and analysis of some competitions for the Republic Championship Karate (2017 m) (Kata individual and collective) over 18 years. A study conducted by the researcher during the tournament found that there is a difference in the amount of free radicals in the blood led to the exposure of many players to fatigue and stress quickly after the completion of the performance of the kata. When he also analyzed the World Karate Championship in the individual Kata in Austria (2016). Note that there is variation and decline in the level of physical performance and skill performance, which he attributed to the
researcher that perhaps the reasons for this decline is to increase the proportion of oxygen as a result of inhaled air polluted and lack of antioxidants in food and frequent intake of saturated fats. The researcher attributed the variability and decline in the level of skill performance to the low physical level required to perform the kata appropriately, showing fatigue quickly, which limits the ability of the player to perform the motor duty and maintain strength during the recurrence of muscle contraction, and hence emerged the idea of improving physical performance in legitimate ways in the doping schedules , And these alternatives are used by athletes in order to improve physical performance while carrying out the training program in a scientific manner. Therefore, the researcher believes that through training the degree of resistance to fatigue of the cell and body organs and the ability to continue performance with increased oxygen or change (PH) or lack of glucose concentration in the blood through the proposed training program and thus improve the performance of kata. It is not possible to ensure continuity of the training process through the training work alone, but there must also be sufficient rest periods to restore recovery and develop the level of the athlete
