Abstract Objectives : 1- Obtain hybrid genotypes of tomato for resistance to fusarium wilt disease. 2- using Bt as antagonism microbe to inhibit the growth of fusarium for improving the growth and Yi yield of tomato plant. Method& results: 1-The genetic materials used four tomato varieties. 2- all possible crosses among all four parental varieties were made according to complete diallel crosses mating design to produce six F1 hybrids and their six F1r reciprocals. 3-using Bt on Fusarium to antagonist it and its effect on plants. Conclusion: 1-Producing hybrids of tomato plants resistant to Fusarium wil- Effective control method using antagonists between Fusarium and Bacillus. thuringiensis. -the later is provenbiocontrol agent to control this disease as environment friendly way |
