Abstract
The present study is cross sectional study in which we aimed ta analyze of clinical characteristics of young individuals presenting with te STEMI and treated with primary PCI and their in hospital outcome in acu.comparison with old age individuals The study population was 110 patients presented to Tanta university hospital with STEMI and treated with primary PCI. Study population was nto two groups: young patients group (30 patients 27%) and old divided i.patients group (80 patients 73%) Full clinical history and physical examination with laboratory .investigation were done to all patients % for the Echo evaluation was done after primary PCI to assess EF.patients Close monitoring of patients in CCU during their hospital stay to .record mortality and to monitor for any possible complications and results were compared Statistical analysis of all data was done.
