The religious discourse is one of the most important speeches in contemporary intellectual discourse, although it represents the most important and most influential discourse in society, because religion represents a great value within Islamic societies, and its subjects are sanctified by religion, The features of the Arab mentality, the composition of national character in the Arab world and Egypt alike. Scientific studies have confirmed that religious discourse is more capable of changing trends and modifying behavior, and enriching life more than other speeches such as media, educational, cultural or other.
The Ummah’s need to speak about the religious discourse, its evocation and the clarity of its features in every aspect of life so that it is integrated, balanced and proportionate to the nature of the age and the oriental and western mindset, provides a shining picture of religion, beliefs, worship and transactions. With him.
The technological revolution has become a feature of this era, and all barriers and distances in all its forms have been removed among the peoples of the earth, its civilizations, traditions and ideas. The flow of media and information, with its discourse of doctrines and intellectual currents, has become a distinguishing feature of today’s world. The individual and many civilizations are threatened with extinction unless they have the power of cohesion. The ability to cope and stability, and many civilizations stood a hostile position than others.
Therefore, the religious discourse should review its ideas and positions in the light of the constants that do not change in time and place. The revision has necessitated a change in the method of dealing with issues and problems. Contemporary Islamic religious discourse should quote during these revisions the Islamic meanings mentioned in the Holy Quran and in the year of the Prophet, Peace be upon him .
By providing the necessary educational requirements in religious discourse, contemporary religious discourse can withstand the waves of fierce attack and respond with a convincing response proportionate to the human mind and with civilized progress. If the forces of Islam and the forces of its adversaries offer an offer that suits the modern age, Complies to the truth is the opponent prepared for equity.
the study Problem:
The follow-up of what has been raised for several years about the importance of renewing the religious discourse necessarily implies that the religious decisions of the Azhar religious institutes deal with issues and topics some of which concern contemporary Muslims, some of which are time-consuming and thus can crystallize the problem of the study in: Educational and derived from the science of education, and these expressions are reflected in the following questions:
Study Questions:
1. What is meant by renewing religious discourse?
2. What are the challenges that affect religious discourse?
3. What is the reason for renewing the religious discourse?
4. What is the proposed conception of the educational requirements for renewing the religious discourse?
5. What are the shortcomings of the decisions of the Azhar institutes that contradict the renewal of the religious discourse?
Objectives of the study :
1. Disclosure of the reality of religious discourse
2. Knowledge of the philosophy of renewing religious discourse
3. Disclosure of errors in the decisions of the Azhar Institutes in the cases that are not appropriate at the present time
4. Support research in the field of jurisprudence education
5. Recognize the advantages of renewal of religious discourse and what leads to a mechanism of change of misconceptions among students
6. Contributing to the Islamic roots of education
the importance of studying :
1. This study dealt with the important issue of the educational requirements of the Islamic religious discourse in the light of contemporary global challenges, where this subject is still subject to controversy and differences in the religious and educational circles, with a lack of educational studies to the knowledge of the researcher
2. This study is useful in determining the educational requirements of contemporary Islamic religious discourse that can benefit the workers in this field.
3. The study combines a sample of the texts of the contemporary Islamic religious discourse, which the researcher analyzes as models of this discourse that helps in revealing the status of educational requirements in contemporary Islamic religious discourse.
4. The study determines the position of modern Islamic religious discourse from contemporary challenges.
Study Approach :
The present study is based on the descriptive approach in order to suit the nature and objectives of this study. The descriptive approach is to study the current facts about the nature of the phenomenon, the attitudes or the group of people or the group of events.
The descriptive approach describes what it is, its interpretation and identity by identifying the conditions and relationships that exist between the Wafee as well as identifying common or prevailing practices and identifying the beliefs and attitudes of all individuals and groups and their methods of growth, development and development, and not only collecting and tabulating the facts, Because it includes some interpretation of these data.

The researcher uses the method of analysis, which is one of the most appropriate methods and methods of this study, which describes the contemporary Islamic religious discourse and analyze it in order to know its shortcomings and to reach the educational requirements of the appropriate Islamic religious discourse that satisfies the needs of individuals and communities.
