Abstract
Some anti –diabetic drugs were determind by different methods in laboratory prepared mixtures , bulk, pharmaceutical dosage forms and in biological fluids. In first chapter, reversed phsse high performance liquid chromatographic method for simultaneous determination of empagliflozin , canagliflozin, dapagliflozin and metformin has been developed and validated to be a simultaneous determination of empagliflozin, canagliflozin, dapagliflozin and metformin has been developed and validated to be a simple, sensitive, rapid, specific, precise, and accurate method .
