Abstract
Excellent post-LT outcomes using grafts with mild and moderate degrees of steatosis were resulted with nearly equal results in regards to the type of steatosis. br These types of marginal grafts should be considered as normal grafts and the scope now should be directed on the use of severely steatotic livers in transplantation. br Further studies are needed to evaluate the newly proposed relationship between the ACR and the degree of graft steatosis after LT.
