The world is now witnessing rapid development in all economic, political, social and security fields, and this imposes on the state the need to redouble the effort to keep pace with the movement of development and change and to work to absorb the variables in all fields.
Scientific knowledge is the most important form of knowledge, through which science develops, and is used in scientific research as a means, which has recently evolved dramatically, leading to a revolution in information (6 : 2)
The progress of societies in modern times is measured not only by the wealth they possess, but also by the minds of the thinker and the skilled hands where the real progress of society is based on many human, cultural and social factors, along with many spiritual and moral values that can only be inherited by the family. And acquired through education in all its institutions.(42 : 57)
Therefore, societies are interested in the different degrees of civilization in the young people, especially those who are talented, because they hold the hopes for their stability, development and progress, and the importance of this group in the developing societies is increased for two reasons: the need for these societies to accelerate the process of comprehensive national development Which is primarily responsible for its youth and students, and secondly: the high proportion of this age group in relation to other age groups and this is what makes us see in the faces of the new generation the future of Nations and civilizations and the future of the human being itself( 86 : 203)
The progress of society depends to a large extent on the actions and achievements of its members, the young people are the national wealth and the driving energy towards civilization, progress and prosperity, the treasure of the nation and the source of paper happiness, so it became the assertion that each of them should have the opportunity to develop its potential to the upper limit which To reach it, in our time this has become a recognized issue in developed societies, as the achievements that gifted people can achieve are more than those of a similar number of ordinary people, as the human wealth is the best benefit, the greatest benefit, and the most return from all other riches, if its preparation They are best exploited and if they are used to develop, increase and diversify production. (89 : 10)
In any modern society, it is considered the basis of construction and the foundation of the nation as the foundation of the building, the goal of development and its purpose, because of its creative energies and the immense potential involved in the making of the present with the aim of preparing well for the future, by broadening the base of the young people by discovering the distinct elements of them They are committed to the codified training based on practical bases in order to develop and upgrade their capabilities in order to reach them to the maximum extent of these capabilities, and also to work to provide them with full care in various fields of art, health, culture, psychology and education, so as to promote the advancement of the field The athlete, the human element and the subsequent progress of society and the State.(61 : 10)
In this sense, young people are receiving great attention in developed countries because they represent the most effective aspect of human wealth, and they are dependent on them for progress and advancement in the various fields and areas where they are distinguished, leading to the achievement of human development goals. (70 : 1)
It is therefore essential to achieve the progress and prosperity of the nation in all fields, including the sports field, to strive in all ways and means to care for young people at an early age and to preserve them and prepare them for education, welfare and development.
The aim of education is to build and develop the individual in all its aspects in a comprehensive way that encompasses the psychological, social, physical and mental aspects in a balanced manner.(26 : 1)
Education is a means of bringing up individuals and working to adapt them to the environments surrounding them, and what distinguishes members of a society from another is culture and the type of education, and to preserve the group and its continued existence, the communities are keen on the young members to receive the basics of their culture and the principles of their upbringing, so that they go out to life They are socially and intellectually cohesive so as not to facilitate their actions in other societies and for education to be an important function, the process of presenting the culture of society to its young members and shaping them so that they are able to be the bearers of this culture and that is why we need to address the terminological concept of culture. (12 : 10)
There is no doubt that the study of the psychology of childhood is important in itself and useful for understanding adolescence and studying the psychology of adolescence is also important in itself and useful and useful for Understanding the stage of adulthood and aging and studying the psychology of aging is important to enable those who gave us And the society has every age to live as happy as possible with physical and psychological owners
(71 : 5)
The psychology of growth is concerned with studying and tracing the stages of the intellectual, emotional and sensory development of the human organism in order to determine the characteristics of these stages and the various mechanisms that guide and determine the different behaviors that emanate from this organism. ”(45 : 789)
According to Al-Sadiq Mahmud (1994) quoting Wolman, grow Thandeka in the psychological sense ”means increasing complexity, organizing operations and building from birth to death as a result of both maturity and learning.”(7 : 65)
Growth is also based on the Biagi 1994 perspective: ”A development driven by internal equilibrium needs characterized by an organic tendency to adapt to the world of people and things with the social and physical environment”(7 : 67)
Psychological growth – as a science and a study – seeks to achieve two primary goals of describing the behavior of the child at every stage of his life, while the second relates to thereasons for changes in behavior at different stages of growth The Human(4 : 9)
Human behavior is an important educational issue that educators and specialists attach to the particular importance of human behaviour to the personality and orientation of individuals in many aspects of their lives.
Human Behavior also reflects the actions of individuals to meet the requirements of different life, as the individual by nature has many needs that lead him to issue a particular behavior that may be satisfactory to him by the society in which he lives and may not be accepted at times, good behaviour acceptable Brings the approbation and satisfaction of his community when the bad behavior will bring him problems and obstacles that hinder the achievement of his goals, especially within the society in which he lives. One of the most difficult for teachers is the spread of behavioural problems in educational and educational institutions, which are a challenge to the system Educational and societal values and because the teacher’s mission is not limited to education and upbringing, but to find solutions and remedies for such problems and although some students enjoy high value social behavior. However, there are a few who are characterized by aggressive and experimental behaviors, which negatively affect the educational climate, the destabilization and the system within the institution, and the participatory interaction of the other students.(30 : 6)
Several studies, suchas the Zarranistar Study (2005) and the Asadi study ”assadi” (2007) , show the importance of human growth in its psychological forms and Social, economic and physical influence on the personality of the individual, if the growth is healthy and healthy we have a person who is able to fulfill his needs, and if this growth has been affected by some of the obstacles due to the circumstances surrounding the person, the sum of it may be a person has some social and personal problems That may hinder it from self-realization and compatibility with the surrounding environment. (94)
The psychological and social development of adolescents has been associated with several factors that have affected their development, such as the participation of adolescent girls in natural physical activities, which contributes to their self-confidence and to raising their own competence, while the social reality and the type of relationship between adolescents and their parents affect achievement. Their school and that teenagers with problems with their parents had low academic attainments compared to teenagers whose parents ’ parenting style was a democracy where their academic results were higher, and the psychosocial factors of adolescents were linked and affected by relationships.
The role of religious intervention and religious factors in the life of adolescents is highlighted, as the strength of therelationship between the relations of Friends has been affected by various forms of religious intervention, and this study, among others, highlights the importance of the psychological and religious building of the adolescent to protect it from bigotry, deviation and loss, as indicated by some Studies the role of the economic factor in the lives of adolescents where The results of Hussein Abu Shamal (2007) that thereisa positive relationship among adolescents between the economic and social level and their degrees of psychological compatibility. (23)
According to Kamal Zaitoun (2005), the individual in the societies is required to accomplish a task that has not previously been met and the information provided by the individual is not fully defined by the method of solution, which requires him to seek creative solutions to his problems and as a result of these missing skills may be unable human About solving his social problems. Strategies for solving social problems help the individual in general and the adolescent in particular to use his or her existing skills and acquire new skills and knowledge that contribute to the most reasonable solution to the problem that the individual faces in his life not in adolescence, but extends to the rest of his life. (65 : 56)
It can be said and explained that the social problems that arise in any society can be categorized into four basic groups:
- Problems that arise as a result of physical environmental conditions.
- Problems arising from defects in the nature of the population, such as population growth and its consequences, population distribution and racial discrimination among the population.
- Problems arising from disruption and disintegration of social organizations.
- Problems arise from a conflict between social values as a result of friction with other cultures and differing opinions about them between supporters and exhibitors.
- In general, the range of social problems such as poverty, unemployment, family and social problems and the lack of basic components of life are negatively reflected in the life and future ambition of the adolescent, which may hinder its compatibility with the surrounding environment.
(75 : 34)
Adolescence is a stage that is closely related to psychological and social development as the psychological and social development of the individual passes through the most accurate and most dangerous stages during the adolescence period with changes and the development and formation of the personality of the individual (20 : 63)

Adolescence guarantees great biological, psychological and social changes to the individual during his or her transition to adulthood. A number of scholars differentiate between adolescence and adulthood, where Muhammad al-Essawy (2000) believes that puberty is the maturity of sexual functions and secondary sexual characteristics, Puberty is the period during which reproductive maturity and the onset of menstruation are achieved for the girl and ejaculate for the boy and extends between 15 -12 years.(39 : 64)
