المستخلص This study aims to determine the impact of organizational justice on job burnout, and applied study on employees of Egyptian international pharmaceutical industries company (Eipico). In order to collect primary data, a questionnaire was designed and data had been collected from all employees in Egyptian international pharmaceutical industries company (Eipico). Sample size is 170, and The SPPS was used to analyze the primary data. Results of the study show that all dimensions of organizational justice which represented in (Distribution Justice, Procedural Justice and Interactional Justice) are positively related with all dimensions of job burnout which represented in (reaction, learning, behavior and results). Also results show that all dimensions of organizational justice (as independent variables) have a significant effect on job burnout as dependent variable. |
