تُعد استراتيجية التنمية المستدامة ”رؤية مصر 2030” انطلاقة حقيقية نحو تحقيق العدالة والاندماج الاجتماعي، والاقتصاد التنافسي المتنوع القائم على المعرفة والابتكار، وقد استندت الحكومة لتوجهات إستراتيجية التنمية المستدامة ”رؤية مصر2030” في وضع برنامجها للخطة التنفيذية متوسطة الأجل (2016/2018)،ويُعدالمركز القومي للبحوث التربوية والتنميةمؤسسة بحثية تربوية قومية تضطلع بدراسة القضايا والمشكلات التعليمية وتحليلها .
وهدفت الدراسةإلى تحليل بحوث ودراسات المركز القومي للبحوث التربوية والتنمية للتعرف على مدى الارتباط بأهداف التعليم باستراتيجية التنمية المستدامة ”رؤية مصر 2030”، وتقديم مقترحات لتفعيل دورهفي تحقيق أهدافاستراتيجية التنمية المستدامة ”رؤية مصر 2030”.
وتحقيقا لهدف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، مع الاستعانة بأسلوب تحليل المضمون، وتم تصميم اداةلتحليل مضمون خطة بحوث بهدف التعرف علىمدى الارتباط بأهداف محور التعليم لاستراتيجية التنمية المستدامة ”رؤية مصر 2030” .
وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج في ضوء الإطار النظري والتحليلي، من أهمها تنوع المجالات التي تناولتها بحوث الخطة حول سبع مجالات هي تطوير المناهج، وتكنولوجيا التعليم، الأنشطة التربوية ورعاية الموهوبين، التنمية المهنية، السياسات التعليمية، الإدارة والتخطيط التربوي، والمعلومات والإعلام التربوي، وارتباطالخطة متوسطة المدى (2016/2018) بأهداف محور التعليم والتدريب بنسبة مئوية بلغت (51.7%)، وفي ضوء هذه النتائج قدمت الدراسة مقترحات لتفعيل دور المركزفي تحقيق أهدافاستراتيجية التنمية المستدامة ”رؤية مصر 2030”.

The vision of Egypt 2030 is a real breakthrough towards justice, social integration and a diverse competitive economy based on knowledge and innovation. The government has based its vision on the vision of Egypt 2030 in developing its Medium Term Implementation Plan (2016/2018) The National Center for Educational Research and Development is a national educational research institution that studies and analyzes educational issues and problems .
The study aimed at analyzing research and studies of the National Center for Educational Research and Development to identify the extent to which the objectives of education are linked to the strategy of sustainable development ”Vision 2030”, and making proposals to activate the role of the National Center for Educational Research and Development in achieving the goals of sustainable development strategy ”.
To achieve the study objective, the descriptive approach was manipulated, using the method of content analysis, and a tool was designed to analyze the content of the research plan of the National Center for Educational Research and Development in order to identify the extent to which the objectives of the education axis of the sustainable development strategy ”Vision 2030”.
The study reached a number of results in the light of the theoretical and analytical framework, the most important of which is the diversity of the areas covered by the plan research in seven areas, Curriculum development, educational technology, educational activities and gifted care, professional development, educational policies, management and educational planning, information and educational media, and the medium-term plan (2016/2018) related to the objectives of the education and training axis with a percentage of (51.7%) , The study Results presented proposals to activate the role of the National Center for Educational Research and Development in achieving the objectives of the strategy of sustainable development ”Vision of Egypt 2030
