Abstract
In the present study, MSCs were isolated from the BM and were cultured in complete media. The cultured cells were incubated in a humidified incubator containing 5% CO2 at 37°C. The cultured cells were examined every day after culture by the inverted microscope. On the I st day of culturing. cultured cells appeared rounded and floating. On the 3rd day spindle shaped adherent cells began to appear .On the 8th day fibroblast like cells appeared with vesicular nuclei and granular cytoplasm. On the 9th day attached cells appeared confluent. The skin specimens in each group were examined histologically using H&E, Mallory’s Trichrome and Verhoeff’s Van Gioeson stains. Immuno-histochemical staining was performed for detection of CD I 05 positive cells. Morphometric study was done to analyze the results.
