Abstract
This thesis was done to evaluate the outcome of 3 surgical interventions which were madeto control the deviation in cases of dissociated vertical deviation not associated with oblique muscles dysfunction, and these surgeries were superior rectus muscle recession , superior rectus muscle recession with faden, superior rectus muscle faden, and the outcome of the thesis was that superior rectus muscle recession with faden is superior to the previous two surgeries and that superior rectus faden is associated with least successful outcome.
