Abstract
1-The level of TSH was increased in 60%of all patients with AC$ 2-There was subclinical hypothyroidism in most of patients with AC$ 3-No difference between all patients of acute AC$ and the levels of Thyroid function tests . 4- There is increase in the heart rate and left ventricular end diastolic diameter of the heart and decrease in the ejection fraction of the heart in the patients of AC$ with SCH.
