where of youth are the ones who build the nation that plows the earth and extracts the good things and they are the active and moving element who are about to intermarry and breed The youth component is the most active element in the nation and its activities in maintaining maintenance and development, and the importance of youth lies in relation to society in what it represents from a source of renewal and change through its participation in the responsibility to achieve the goals of society and hence the interest of societies in caring for youth Integrated services and provide them with increased attention to youth bulge and prepare them to lead the community in the future in all areas of life.

12-The extent to which the project development body respects the ethics and principles of the profession
13- The extent to which humanitarian considerations are taken into account when providing services to youth

(2)-The second hypothesis: ”The level of dimensions of achieving social security for youth is expected to be high This hypothesis can be tested through the following dimensions:
1-The self-dimension.
2-The healthy dimension.
3-The educational dimension.
4-The social dimension.
5-The psychological dimension.
6-The economic dimension.
(3)-The third hypothesis: ”There is a direct, statistically significant and significant correlation between the effectiveness of the Medium, Small, and Micro Enterprise Development Agency projects, and achieving social security for youth.”
(4)-The fourth hypothesis: ”There are statistically significant differences between the responses of the beneficiaries and officials with regard to their determination of the level of dimensions of the effectiveness of the Medium, Small, and Micro Enterprise Development Agency projects in achieving social security for youth.”
(5)-The fifth hypothesis: “There are statistically significant differences between the responses of the beneficiaries and officials regarding their determination of the level of dimensions of achieving social security for youth
