The problem of the current study lies in the fact that the real talent may not reveal itself, but rather needs someone who can reveal it and direct it , and this requires working according to deliberate, codified plans. The problem of study can be determined in the following main question: What is the reality of the role of talented administration and smart education in discovering and caring for the talented in schools for the first cycle of basic education? The current study aimed to develop a proposed concept through which the role of talented management and smart education can be activated in discovering and caring for the gifted, and the current study relied on the descriptive approach to its suitability to the nature of the current study, and the importance of the study lies in the importance of the subject it presents ; it addresses an important and new issue of society, It is the talented administration in the schools of the first cycle of basic education . The study tools were represented in a questionnaire directed to : All employees of the talent management in Dakahlia Governorate , which is a total of (55), and the directors of the schools of the first cycle of basic education cooperating with the talented administration With each of the West Mansoura administration , the Talkha administration , the Sherbin administration , the Aga administration and the Mouniyat al -Nasr administration , the total number (206) will be from the managers of the five departments . The study reached a number of results in addition to developing a proposed project to activate the role of talented management and smart education in discovering and caring for the talented in schools for the first cycle of basic education.
