Both lesional and perilesional skin showed significantly higher H- score mean values when compared to controls (P < 0.001 and P =0.018) respectively. However, there was non-significant relationship between lesional and perilesional skin regarding mean H- score values (P = 0.128). There was significant positive correlation between plexin B2 H- score values in lesional epidermis and PASI score (r = 0.593; P < 0.001). Also, there was statistically significant positive correlation between H- score of plexin B2 in dermal inflammatory cells and PASI score (r = 0.406; p < 0.026).
