Abstract
Priority queueing systems play a vital role in real-life situations due to the diversity of the rendered services’ needs. Some services may require high service rates, emergency traffic solutions, or guaranteed delay constraints a combination of these types of features in the same queueing system. Therefore, modeling these systems is essential to evaluate their performance which helps in solving many issues that the processed services may suffer.
