Summary of the Study

Sixth: The results of the study:
1- The results of the study proved that the roles of the team work in achieving social support for people of unknown proportions came with a relative strength of (70.81%) which is a high percentage, and a total weight of (803) and a weighted average of (2.11). The statements of which are arranged according to their intensity in descending order, as follows: It came in the first order: I encourage the unknown to go to the places of worship with a relative strength of (83.95%) and with a total weight of 68 and a weighted average of 2.51, this may be due to the importance of strengthening religious faith These children have to give them positive attitudes towards themselves and others around them.
2- The work team’s roles in achieving psychological support for people of unknown proportions came with a relative strength of (70.67%), which is high, and a total weight of (458) and a weighted average of (2.11). The statements of which are arranged according to their intensity in descending order as follows: It came in the first order: I help stimulate feelings of consent and acceptance among people of unknown proportions in the institution’s environment with a relative strength of (82.71%) and with a total weight of (67) and a weighted average of (2.48), and this may be due To the importance of children’s satisfaction and acceptance of the Foundation’s services to coexist with peace and quiet.
3- The most important roles of the team work in achieving educational support for people of unknown proportions, with a relative strength of (64.50%), which is an average percentage, and a total weight of (418) and a weighted average of (1.93), whose phrases are arranged according to their descending severity as follows: The first: Make sure that people of unknown proportions complete their education with a relative strength of (70.37%) and with a total weight of (57) and a weighted average of (2.11). This may be due to the importance of educating these children in order to obtain in the future a decent job with a decent income that guarantees them to make a family.
4- The study proved that the most important roles of the team work in achieving educational support for people of unknown proportions, with a relative strength of (64.50%) which is an average percentage, and a total weight of (418) and a weighted average of (1.93), whose phrases are arranged according to their descending severity as follows: It came in the first order: Be sure to complete the education of unknown persons with a relative strength of (70.37%) and with a total weight of (57) and a weighted average of (2.11). This may be due to the importance of educating these children in order to obtain in the future a decent job with an income Respected to ensure the formation of a family.
5- The study proved that the most important roles of the work team in achieving economic support for people of unknown proportions, with a relative strength of (59.10%) which is an average percentage, and a total weight of (383) and a weighted average of (1.76), whose phrases are arranged according to their descending severity as follows: It came in the first order: I help people of unknown descent to meet their needs of food, drink, clothing, etc. with a relative strength of (76.54%) and with a total weight of (62) with a weighted average of (2.29), and this may be due to these needs being a necessary life requirement For everyone and its availability gives a positive moral boost to these children for the sake of work, loyalty and belonging for the benefit of the institution.
6- The study proved that the most important forms of integration and coordination between members of the team work to achieve social support for people of unknown proportions, with a relative strength of (74.93%) which is a high percentage, and a total weight of (607) and a weighted average of (2.24), whose phrases are arranged according to their severity In descending order as follows: It came in the first order: the work of the social worker is an essential part of the organization’s basic organization with a relative strength of (88.88%) and with a total weight of 72 and a weighted average of 2.66, this may be due to the importance of the role of the social worker with the rest of the team work with unknown lineage.
7- The study concluded that the most obstacles facing the team in its role with unknown proportions are the obstacles facing management, with a relative strength of (85.36%) which is a high percentage, and the total weights of (484) and a weighted average of (2.55), then the returning obstacles To people of unknown proportions, with a relative strength of (83.95%) which is a high percentage, and the total weight of (476) and a weighted average of (2.51), then the obstacles that are attributed to the team work itself, with a relative strength of (81.83%) which is a high percentage, and the sum of weights Its capacity is (464) and the weighted average is (2.44).
Fifth: The methodological procedures for the study:
1- Type of study:
This study belongs to the pattern of descriptive studies.
2- The method used: the comprehensive social survey method.
3- Study tools:
The data collection tools in this study were:
- A questionnaire for members of the teamwork in residential establishments of unknown proportions.
- An inquiry form for people of unknown descent in residential establishments.
4- Fields of study:
A- Locality: The study was applied to all residential institutions for people of unknown descent and they number (3) institutions in Assiut Governorate.
B- The human domain:
- A comprehensive count of (29) members of the team work in the institutions of unknown descent in Asyut Governorate, and 27 members were actually applied.
A comprehensive inventory of people of unknown descent in the institutions of unknown descent.
C- Time domain: The study lasted from 14/3/2020 to 16/3/2020

Third: Study questions:
This study seeks to answer the following main question: What is the proposed program from the perspective of general practice to activate the role of the team work in achieving support for people of unknown descent? As a general question, sub-questions emerge from it:
1- What is the role of the team work in achieving social support for people of unknown descent?
2- What is the role of the team work in achieving psychological support for people of unknown descent?
3- What is the role of work team in achieving educational support for people of unknown descent?
4- What is the role of the team work in achieving economic support for people of unknown descent?
5- What is the nature of the relationship between the members of the team work in achieving support for people of unknown descent?
6- What are the obstacles facing the team in achieving support for people of unknown descent?
7- What are the proposals that can increase the effectiveness of the team work in achieving support for people of unknown proportions?
Second: Study Objectives:
This study seeks to reach a proposed program from the perspective of general practice to activate the role of the team work in achieving support as a general goal from which sub-goals emerge, namely:
1- Defining the role of the team work in achieving social support for people of unknown descent.
2- Defining the role of the team work in achieving psychological support for people of unknown descent.
3- Defining the role of the team work in achieving educational support for people of unknown descent.
4- Defining the role of the team work in achieving economic support for people of unknown descent.
5- Determine the nature of the relationship between the members of the working group in achieving support for people of unknown descent.
6- Determine the obstacles facing the team work in achieving support for people of unknown descent.
7- Determine the proposals through which the team work can be more effective in achieving social support for people of unknown descent.
First: The study problem:
The phenomenon of people of unknown descent, given its seriousness in the short and long term, deserves attention in all its dimensions and study in order to reach appropriate solutions, due to its serious negative effects, as well as being an issue that clearly occupies a violation of one of the simplest human rights, as it is an issue that the human conscience does not bear for its being Glaring waste of human resources.
These children are spreading in increasing numbers day after day, and the loving hands may extend to some of them to nurture them in private or governmental social welfare homes, which are not enough or rich in hunger. They are blessed with everything they were denied.
Social support is considered one of the effective means that are used in facing stresses, as those of unknown proportions reduce their psychological pressure and reduce the possibility of developing diseases resulting from stressful situations. Thus, social support not only reduces the feeling of psychological pressure, but also increases the ability of people of unknown proportions to face Stressful situations. Therefore, the problem of the study was determined in ”arriving at a proposed program for general practice in social service to activate the role of the team work in achieving support for people of unknown descent” through defining the role of the work team in achieving social, psychological, economic, educational and health support, as well as the nature of the relationship between the work team to achieve support for anonymous Proportions.
