Abstract This study was conducted in Chest department, Beni-Suef university hospital, in the period from December 2018 to November 2019.It included 60 patients who arediagnosed as chronic obstructive lung disease by pulmonary function tests. The aim of the work was studying the relationship between microalbuminuria and disease class in subjects with COPD classified according to the GOLD 2018 “A, B, C, D” classification in absence of hypertension and diabetes. All patients were subjected to: Complete history taking, Clinical examination, full routine labs, Arterial blood gases on ambient air,Chest x ray, , spirometric testing, Transthoracic echocardiography with estimation of pulmonary artery systolic pressure,urinary albumin/creatinine ratio. |
