Introduction: The rapid development witnessed by modern management has led to an increase in the need for a promising administration capable of facing challenges and to the presence of individuals with high technical and administrative capabilities. However, the urgent need has become for those who manage the organizations more than just practitioners of the authority and that the organizations need what More than that they are managed, they need to be led by a pattern of sound human relations between the leader and his subordinates to achieve their response and interaction towards achieving the goals of the organization. Leadership has become a criterion for the success of any organization and the transformational leadership is a modern leadership style that has been taken care of recently because of its positive effects On the organization and workers alike. This study will focus on knowing its effects on administrative problems in organizations such as job burnout job burnout is a modern and common disease. There is no contemporary field of our life that we do not see laden with sociacon tradictions and psychological pressures that inevitably lead if it continues to the tragic outcome (job burnout). First: Questions of the study Based on the foregoing, the question of the study becomes the following: - What is the nature of the relationship between transformational leadership in its dimensions (Idealized Influence, Intellectual Stimulation, Motivation, Individualized Consideration) and job burning in its dimensions (emotional exhaustion, Depersonalization, Lack of Personal Accomplishment) ? - Is there a statistically significant effect of transformational leadership on job burnout? Second: The studys Objectives Based on the study problem and its questions, the researcher seeks to achieve the following main goals : 1. Knowing that there is a significant correlation between the use of transformational leadership and its dimensions on job burnout with its dimensions among the employees of Telecom Egypt 2. Knowing that there is a significant effect between the use of transformational leadership in its dimensions on job burnout with its dimensions in the employees of Telecom Egypt. Third: the study hypotheses To achieve the aims of the study, this research tests the validity of the following hypotheses: 1. There is no moral correlation between transformational leadership and job burnout among employees of Telecom Egypt in Mansoura. 2. The transformational leadership dimensions have no significant effect on the functional combustion dimensions. The following sub-hypotheses emerge from this: There is no significant effect of the transformational leadership dimensions on emotional or psychological burnout as one of the dimensions of job burnout. There is no significant effect of the transformational leadership dimensions on feeling dull or negative relationships as one of the dimensions of job burnout. There is no significant effect of the transformational leadership dimensions on the feeling of low personal achievement as one of the dimensions of job burnout. Fourth: The importance of the study The importance of the study at the scientific and practical levels can be clarified as follows : Importance at the scientific level The scientific importance of this study stems from that it is one of the Arab studies that study the relationship between transformational leadership in its dimensions and job burnout and its dimensions, which the researcher found a dearth of studies that targeted this relationship, and thus this study comes as a follow-up to modern trends in that context B. Importance on the practical level 1.This study helps in assisting those in the management of the Egyptian Company for the implementation of transformational leadership in a positive way that reflects on the employees of the Telecom Egypt in the affirmative and not negative. 2. The results of the study help reveal the nature of the relationship between transformational leadership and job burnout 3. This study provides recommendations for decision-makers that will work to reduce the phenomenon of job burnout among company employees through the leadership style used in the study, which is transformational leadership Fifth: The results of the study 1. The existence of an inverse moral correlation between the dimensions of transformational leadership and all dimensions of job burnout , which means rejecting the imposition of nothingness and accepting the alternative assumption in the sense of having a significant correlation relationship between the dimensions of transformational leadership and the dimensions of job burnout from the point of view of the employees of Telecom Egypt in Mansoura. 2. The presence of a moral influence of the transformational leadership dimensions on each dimension of jop burnout represented in (emotional exhaustion, dullness of feeling and negativity in relationships, a feeling of low personal achievement ). Sixthly: Study recommendations In light of the results of the study, the researcher can provide some recommendations as follows : 1. The necessity of paying attention to achieving the effect and increasing the leader’s ability to gain the trust, admiration, respect, and appreciation of the subordinates and considering him as the ideal, so that the followers imitate the leader and submit to their desire for all his demands . 2. The need to pay attention to stimulating and arousing their feelings and emotions in a way that contributes to limiting the phenomenon of job burnout . 3. The necessity of paying attention to raising employees and making them more aware of the problems facing achieving performance that exceeds expectations . 4. The leader must pay attention to his subordinates and understand the principle of the different individual differences between individuals and deal with each one of them in a specific way that suits his interest and values. 5. With recommendations addressed to researchers in the field of human resources management regarding future studies : The researcher recommends conducting more research related to human resources and organizational behavior, which can be presented as follows: Study transformational leadership and its impact on the effectiveness of management decisions. Study the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational excellence according to the European model of excellence EFQM .Study the relationship between transformational leadership and the organizational climate .
