Abstract
The present study aimed to evaluate the antitumor effect of newly synthesized Triazine compounds and Triazine containing Thiazole ring (4, 5, 7 and 8) against liver and colon cancer cell lines and studied the effect of compound 7 against Hepatocellular carcinoma induced rats by DENA/CCL4.Determination of LD50 of compound 7 and evaluation its effect on AFP, VEGFR-2, HTK, ALT, AST, Alp, GGT, T.Bil, D.Bil, MDA and GSH, finally histological examination of liver sections. Our results clarified that compound 7 showed significant decreased in AFP, VEGFR-2, HTK, ALT, AST,ALP,GGT, T.Bil, D.Bil, MDA and increased caspase-3 and GSH, showed improved changes in liver sections.
