المستخلص

Attacking the sanctity of religious holy places by assaulting them would raise anger for those adopting this religion as such places have in the hearts of believers in this religion, the prestige and sanctity. Destruction of mosques or preventing muslims to enter them shall be deemed a a great offense. Those who commit such a crime in the past or in the present era, whether in the lands of Islam or somewhere else are the atheists and the rogue of the Islamic religion, who seek to spread atheism and undermine the foundations of religions in general and Islam in particular. Religious freedom is one of the most important human rights, and one of its requirements is to ensure protection of worship places. This commitment is evident in both the provisions of Islamic Sharia and man-made laws. Attacking worship places is an insult to human dignity, given that these places are part of the spiritual and cultural heritage of peoples, but rather they are part of the human heritage of all humankind. Exploitation of religion and promotion of extremist ideas or terrorizing unsuspecting people in the name of religion or attacking its symbols and sanctities shall be deemed crimes constituting aggression on the religion. They also are considered an act of aggression on the right of human beings to a secure and stable life Attacking the sanctity of religious holy places by assaulting them would raise anger for those adopting this religion as such places have in the hearts of believers in this religion, the prestige and sanctity. Therefore, there are many forms of these violations that affect worship places. The matter is not limited to sabotaging, breaking or destroying worship places, but rather extends beyond that. It has appeared at present in demonstrating in worship places, which is inconsistent with the nature of worship places and the purpose for which they were built.
