Abstract

Regarding the statement ”Training contributes to exposing weaknesses in my performance”, the percentage of acceptance was 79.4% (228 respondents) as 41.1% of the respondents strongly agreed (118 respondents) and 38.3% reported agree (110 respondents). While 22 respondents marked neutral by 7.7%. The percentage of disagreement was 12.9% as 7% of the respondents strongly disagreed and 5.9% of the respondents disagreed. The mean value was 4.01 and the standard deviation was 1.16. This means that the respondents accepted the statement.
Concerning the statement ”Training programs suit my actual needs”, the percentage of acceptance was 85.4% (245 respondents) as 42.2% of the respondents strongly agreed (121 respondents) and 43.2% reported agree (124 respondents). While 13 respondents marked neutral by 4.5%. The percentage of disagreement was 10.1% as 3.8% of the respondents strongly disagreed and 6.3% of the respondents disagreed. The mean value was 4.14 and the standard deviation was 1.02. This means that the respondents accepted the statement.
Concerning the statement ”Organized training programs are effective”, the percentage of acceptance was 81.9% (235 respondents) as 44.6% of the respondents strongly agreed (128 respondents) and 37.3% reported agree (107 respondents). While 18 respondents marked neutral by 6.3%. The percentage of disagreement was 11.8% as 7.3% of the respondents strongly disagreed and 4.5% of the respondents disagreed. The mean value was 4.07 and the standard deviation was 1.16. This means that the respondents accepted the statement.
As for the statement ”Organized training programs are flexible”, the percentage of acceptance was 82.6% (237 respondents) as 48.8% of the respondents strongly agreed (140 respondents) and 33.8% reported agree (97 respondents). While 21
respondents marked neutral by 7.3%. The percentage of disagreement was 10.1% as 3.8% of the respondents strongly disagreed and 6.3% of the respondents disagreed. The mean value was 4.17 and the standard deviation was 1.06. This means that the respondents greatly accepted the statement.
Relating to the statement ”The applied training method contributes to developing my skills greatly”, the percentage of acceptance was 84.3% (242 respondents) as 43.9% of the respondents strongly agreed (126 respondents) and 40.4% reported agree (116 respondents). While 14 respondents marked neutral by 4.9%. The percentage of disagreement was 10.8% as 4.9% of the respondents strongly disagreed and 5.9% of the respondents disagreed. The mean value was
4.13 and the standard deviation was 1.11. This means that the respondents accepted the statement.
Concerning the statement ”The training programs fit my expectations”, the percentage of acceptance was 82.2% (236 respondents) as 46.3% of the respondents strongly agreed (133 respondents) and 35.9% reported agree (103 respondents). While 18 respondents marked neutral by 6.3%. The percentage of disagreement was 11.5% as 7.3% of the respondents strongly disagreed and 4.2% of the respondents disagreed. The mean value was 4.10 and the standard deviation was 1.16. This means that the respondents accepted the statement.
Concerning the statement ”Training programs achieve the purpose of the training”, the percentage of acceptance was 83% (238 respondents) as 38.7% of the respondents strongly agreed (111 respondents) and 44.3% reported agree (127 respondents). While 23 respondents marked neutral by 8%. The percentage of disagreement was 9% as 6.6% of the respondents strongly disagreed and 2.4% of
the respondents disagreed. The mean value was 4.06 and the standard deviation was 1.07. This means that the respondents accepted the statement.
Relating to the statement ”There is a variety of training programs and methods”, the percentage of acceptance was 86.1% (247 respondents) as 46% of the respondents strongly agreed (132 respondents) and 40.1% reported agree (115 respondents). While 16 respondents marked neutral by 5.6%. The percentage of disagreement was 8.3% as 3.8% of the respondents strongly disagreed and 4.5% of the respondents disagreed. The mean value was 4.20 and the standard deviation was 1.00. This means that the respondents significantly accepted the statement.
As for the statement ”The training time is proportional to the times of managers at work”, the percentage of acceptance was 84.7% (243 respondents) as 50.9% of the respondents strongly agreed (146 respondents) and 33.8% reported agree (97 respondents). While 17 respondents marked neutral by 5.9%. The percentage of disagreement was 9.4% as 5.6% of the respondents strongly disagreed and 3.8% of the respondents disagreed. The mean value was 4.21 and the standard deviation was 1.08. This means that the respondents greatly accepted the statement.
