Abstract

The research study in this thesis was carried out at Tissue
Culture Laboratory Research- Horticulture Research Institute -
Agriculture Research Centre and Al-Qanater Horticultural
Research Station, Qalubia Governorate. in cooperation with
Department of Horticultural - Faculty of Agriculture - Benha
University during the years from 2016 to 2020.
Three experiments were applying in this study; The first
trail was conduct to formation Nanoparticles compounds that
containing chitosan and copper reduced by various reducing
agent such as guava dry leaves extraction, ascorbic acid and
sesame oil. and Cytotoxicity effect of successive Copper -guava
NPs on normal lung cells MRC-5 cell. The second experiment
were studied the effect of each chitosan Nanoparticles and
copper Nanoparticles with reducing agents on growth of Erwinia
amylovora.by disk diffuse test. The third experiment were
studied the effect of each chitosan Nanoparticles and copper
Nanoparticles with reducing agents on fire blight disease severity
% caused by Erwinia amylovora in field. Finally, Open field
Nanomaterials application (improvement growth and fruiting
aspects of Le-Conte pear trees).
Generally, data obtained that a solution of chitosan nanoparticles
and copper nanoparticles prepared by Guava leaf extract can be
used for reducing infection of Pyrus communis fire blight
disease, as well as improvement growth, nutritional status,
productivity and fruit qualit
